Sujoy is a Business Leader and Senior Logistician, with over 30 years of business experience in India and International geographies, across the spectrum of the Logistics Industry.
Starting his career with ONGC and HCL, he has held leadership roles in Express and SCM domain with TNT in India and International Regions and was the CEO of Sequel Logistics.
Sujoy is a mechanical engineer from National Institute of Technology (NIT Calicut) and post-graduate in Business Management from Warwick University, UK.

Samir has held leadership roles in Logistics and Express distribution with Blue Dart Express, TNT, Sequel Logistics and Startrek.
He has extensive multi-geography experience in Operations Management of International and Domestic Express distribution by Air and Surface, 3PL Contract Management and Freight Forwarding.
Samir is a post-graduate in Business Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management, Pune and post-graduation in Operations Optimisation & SCM from Tilburg University, Amsterdam.

He has held strategic IT leadership roles in TNT, Deccan Cargo and Sequel Logistics, facilitating improvements in operations processes using technology innovations and ensuring complete and streamlined integration of IT with Business Planning.
Phani holds a Diploma in Electronics and Telecom Engineering from Dept. of Tech. Education and has been credited for driving and implementing industry benchmark innovations.

Tamal has rich senior management experience in shipping, logistics, warehousing and express distribution in India, Middle East and South-East Asia.
He has held leadership roles in Sales & Marketing in DHL Group and Business Development, Operations and Strategy Consulting roles in A P Moller Maersk Group.
Tamal is a Civil Engineer from National Institute of Technology (NIT Goa) and MBA in Operations and Strategy from Hult Graduate School of Business Boston, USA. He has done an Executive Management Programme in Supply Chain Management from IIM Calcutta.

She was anchoring, re-structuring and aligning HR practices for India Operations at ANSR-Source. Earlier, she was associated with GMR Group as part of their corporate HR division handling HR initiatives across various sectors of the group.

Traditional vehicles pose a great threat to our environment and the toxins emitted by them are far more dangerous to living organisms. Hence, with a pledge to create an eco-friendly and sustainable environment, CriticaLog has launched a fleet of electric-cargo vehicles throughout India. Initially, these electric vehicles have commenced operations in our major hubs.
