The end customers had to pick up the shipment from airports and transport the goods to the destination. CritcaLog was tasked to eliminate these hassles for the customers and provide last-mile delivery to all remote locations. Above all, we were responsible to reduce the TAT time to just 12-24 hours.
We initiated all logistics operations based on Next Flight Out model to reduce the TAT to 24 hours. Our strategic placement of delivery teams in remote areas ensured transportation of shipment from airports to customers’ doorsteps in no time. This has eliminated the need for end customers to pick up their shipment from the airport.
Our efficient services and on-time delivery helped the company to further expand its market to Tier 2 cities as well. This penetration doubled the number of dealers which resulted in a 70 per cent increase in product demand.
